It has been a good year for Marvin in terms of deliverables and contribution in many different areas. Data and how we conduct research has got a lot of attention within Digital Workspace and among stakeholders and during 2023, Marvin has contributed more broadly to other organizations such as People and Real Estate.

This is a big 'thank you' for the selfless, professional, capable and collaborative Marvin Garcia. . . Long story made short, we in Digital Solutions (part of GF People) are aware that some of our digital tools are far from intuitive or enjoyable to use and so we've committed to understanding how we can make improvements via feedback loop including a new survey. How we expand from a People Community sample size survey, to something far broader and representative, is where we had no experience but Marvin did. And it's here where he goes from 'subject matter expert' to 'superhero' by sharing best-practices and indeed helping to shape statistically significant sample sizes which enable the insights needed to action improvements and measure satisfaction/NPS scores over time.
